以肥胖者較容易有的肥胖紋來說,通常這些紋路在脂肪組織較肥大(體重較重)
時期是看不太到,大都在減重後才會看到其條紋狀產生,但是咧,通常等到看到
那銀白色條紋時...也已錯過補救時機啦!◢▆▅▄▃崩╰(〒皿〒)╯潰▃▄▅▇◣
容易有此類紋路時期:發育期、長高期、發胖期、增重期、懷孕期
(主因就是你的皮膚跟不上組織的成長速度...然後就... ┐(─__─)┌)
人體在以上時期,快速成長的肌肉組織或肥大的脂肪組織把皮膚撐開=>沒看見紋路
BUT,沒看見紋路≠沒紋路,所以很多人瘦下之後才看到紋路
而平常就有運動習慣或常做伸展動作的人,即使體型較肥胖,減肥後也比較不
會有肥胖紋產生。最主要就是因為當我們的肌肉及表皮組織有較好的彈性及柔
軟度時,肌膚組織的拉伸力也相對較好。因此,平時就有運動者,產生肥胖紋
的機率也會相對比較低。
【形成過程】
肥胖使得皮下組織的脂肪團在短時間內快速變大
↓↓↓
皮膚中的彈力纖維及膠原纖維新生增長的速度比不上上方的表皮過度伸張速度
而出現纖維斷裂和錯位排列現象(局部肌膚組織膠原蛋白缺乏而造成的疤痕)
↓↓↓
初期呈現微紅色突起帶狀,隨著肥胖定型或加劇,會逐漸轉為銀白色。

當紅色突起帶狀轉變成銀白色時,其組織的本質就已經是疤痕了,也就是說,
一旦形成就無法完全消除,只能使形成紋路顏色淡化,或讓它局部較緊實平滑。

【避免方法】營養均衡、多喝水、適度運動習慣(有氧、重訓、伸展)、
