如題,體重86 bmi 37 體脂率35.8%,剛開始健身一個月
想請問幾個關於肥胖者健身需要特別補充蛋白質嗎?
爬文後了解,健身時的飲食需要加大量蛋白質
但很多文也註明體脂率低的得多吃
相對的,那都已經很胖了,還需要補充蛋白質嗎?
目前的飲食,每天應該有兩百多克的肉類
算起來也只有七八十克的蛋白質
那還需要依靠肉類或是蛋白粉額外補充嗎?
還有,運動完後一定得補充蛋白質甚至碳水化合物嗎?
現在由於疫情,健身都選在離峰
運動完出來都十一點多
吃宵夜好像不是太健康
