有個問題想請教大家
我最近剛接觸背部(上背)的訓練器材
因為背部肌力不夠
常常不自覺肩膀就會聳起想幫忙出力
各位巨巨在練器材時有遇過這種尷尬的階段嗎?
如何解決肩膀會聳起的辦法?
我是個女生,還是可以推薦幾組比較入門的練背的可以讓我慢慢增加背部肌力(徒手、器
材皆可)
