開始健身一陣子
剛開始因為腳有傷不敢深蹲
最近開始嘗試
結果肩膀完全沒辦法向後摸到槓
現在想嘗試前槓深蹲
結果整間健身房認識的朋友沒人會 Q_Q
所以還在慢慢摸索前槓深蹲
想請問的是
前槓深蹲是不是能取代後槓深蹲
有安全上需要注意的問題嗎
另外 主要還是想要改善肩膀活動度
請問該怎麼改善到能夠背後槓深蹲
