肩膀穩定度的幾個問題 - 健身

小弟肩膀穩定度很差,大概是13.6公斤的壺鈴bottom-up肩推左邊一下右邊兩三下的程度
因此想問一下:
(1)肩膀穩定度只跟旋轉肌群有關嗎?
(2)肩膀穩定度的訓練,一直做旋轉肌群內外旋跟做像TGU、風車式跟bottom-up肩推這一類
的訓練,哪一種的幫助會比較好?
(3)是小弟暫時擬定的肩膀穩定度訓練計畫,就halo熱身,單手mp三組(如果有閒錢購入適
當重量的壺鈴會改bottom-up),KB snatch五分鐘,swing五分鐘
其中halo、KB snatch跟swing是參考這篇加進來的

想請問這樣安排適當嗎?
(4)另外小弟我有個假設,是不是要增加肩膀穩定性,簡單來說就是把重物高舉過頭然後增
加一些不穩定要素(像軀幹的移動,例如TGU那樣子),讓負責的肌肉增加負荷,它就會越來
越強了?
