肩膀窄的人,感覺沒救了.... - 健身

我本身就是一個肩膀很窄的人,偶爾也會來這邊觀看文章。
目前我平時有在家用啞鈴健身,70P(左右各35P)
我目前身材 168/57左右,因為肩膀窄,有人可能會覺得我才50KG出頭吧!
之前最胖是當兵時有63KG!其實我還滿滿意當時的身材。
看起來有點壯,肉也不多,不過臉就有點微腫。我現在目標是吃到62KG左右,
維持在不超過65KG,但一定要有60KG。希望身材寬度能夠再大一號。
沒錯,像我們這種本來就偏瘦的人,要練肌肉本就比那種略胖的人還要好練。
我已經練了一個月左右了,偏重在上半身,胸肌跟手臂有明顯的變化。
但肩膀還是不明顯,其實絕對或多或少有變大一點,但感覺不會差很多。
其實我覺得版上某些像我一樣偏瘦的新手,應該主要是要讓自己穿衣服好看。
因為瘦的人穿衣服感覺顯的很單薄。
有時候就滿羨慕那種肩膀很寬的人,有些人不高身材一般,但肩膀寬的人穿衣服
就是好看,我也有看過那種168/65左右的人,雖然可能肌肉不大不多,但穿衣服
就還不差。
舉例一位影星就是郭富城,很多造型師就覺得他是衣架子,他也不高,但肩膀寬。
我當然知道他有肌肉,就算他沒肌肉,我想他穿衣服也不會差到哪裡去。
現在我一直都在練上半身,在肌肉酸痛期間中間空檔會練下半身,蹲舉(舉啞鈴)
希望把手臂 胸肌 還有三角肌,肩膀部分也有在練,目的只是希望穿衣服好看。
之前爬文看到,有人健身得名,去看照片知道他身材165-170左右,體重55-60左右
全身肌肉,但我不清楚他肩膀寬不寬啦!
但我想一些人或是明星,沒有健身,他們身材175/60偏單薄,但肩膀寬穿衣服就好看。
以上我想這兩者,我也寧願選後者,前者就有肌肉,但若他肩膀窄,穿衣服的感覺,
一定沒後者好看。
像我朋友就是降,體重跟我差不多,但身高比我高五公分,肩膀寬....穿衣服就是好看。
抱歉,我不是要批評各位健身同好,我也知道版上不乏有那種身高高骨架大,上半身
體型就是很明顯的倒三角,那種人練起來更棒,沒練穿衣服也還不差。
所以,我現在就是持續練,把上半身練壯,下半身也練一些,希望可以達成我的目標。
168/62 穿衣服好看,穿T-SHIRT,有明顯的胸肌和手臂。穿襯衫不扣前兩顆,也可以
感覺很壯.......

我抱怨完了,希望版友別鞭我阿,我只是很羨慕那種肩膀寬,有倒三角體型的人。
