肩膀肌肉痛運動求解 - 健身

身邊沒運動專業的朋友只好上來請教,問題就是肩膀痛(可能是二頭肌腱炎)時可以做什麼
在8/3做了Emi Wong的upper body training program 6天(大量的平板和伏地挺身)。第7天開始右肩痛3天,所以我休息一個禮拜沒碰手,改去慢跑和下半身訓練。星期一(8/14)肩膀不痛沒感覺,我以為復原了,就繼續upper body training ,星期二肩膀又痛了只好改成跑步和訓練下半身

我的問題是肩膀痛是否還可以運動呢?我跑很慢但跑步手還是會晃,各種下半身和核心訓練多少手會動一下
目前還在猶豫是否看醫生,但希望每天都能運動。另外我曾經上過30堂教練課,對於控制身體肌肉不是很陌生
問題拜託各位大大解惑了謝謝
