胃食道逆流的人好像頗多,
但我的情況有點不同,
我是要增胖。
先報告一下我的身體狀況:
177/64,BMI大概20左右,
體脂肪剩15%,
看起來就瘦瘦的排骨,
被戲稱竹竿。
去年中照胃鏡,
醫生說我是胃食道逆流,
但沒有幽門桿菌。
飲食正常,三餐按時吃,
很少吃宵夜。
睡覺正常,大概都23:30-06:30,
逆流造成原因是職場壓力跟生活壓力,
因為很明顯工作一忙,壓力一來,
肚子就開始有抽動的反應(泣。。
目前都有在忌口,
辛辣咖啡等不吃,
飯後一個半小時不喝水。
一直以來,
我的消化功能跟吸收好像就不太好,
人生最胖也只到67公斤。
我知道要痊癒,就是把壓力來源去除,
但這短時間內作不到。
我的目標是72公斤,
這樣練起來比較好看,
朋友叫我去找營養師最快,
但是。。費用好像要好幾萬。
想請教站內高手,
該怎麼作,怎麼吃,
才能變胖,
或是有好心的營養師,
可以指導一下。
