常常讀書讀到背很痠......
也不是很痛....就很痠到不舒服
可以姿勢有點不正確外...
一小時也有伸展一下......請問為何會這樣呢??
是背部肌肉太弱.....還是胸部肌肉太弱呢???
因為本身也有稍微再做重量訓量.....
我該加強哪裡?????謝謝
