原po是六月開始健身房新手女生
,一週二到三天,一次平均兩小時,除了舉重啞鈴之外的健身器材都會使用, 回家後一
定會用溫水泡澡五分鐘,最近這三天背部酸疼情況明顯, 本身又有長期失眠問題, 請
問我是否還適合健身房運動,或是有過訓練背部肌肉器材都不要使用, 請各位大大給點
的意見,謝謝
