態度問題 - 健身

我上次po文後,有些小巨們有來問我怎麼樣吃或是練,才能像我這樣進步幅度.
因為很多因素造就身材
我打算把自己的訓練菜單拍影片或是文字敘述來告知新巨們

1、首先真的是態度問題
進去健身房,要帶著「我今日是來進步的,不是來嘻嘻哈哈,亦或是來跑個課表之類的」
,我看到很多人或許練很久,可是組間休息時,選個歌,回個訊息(前提不是健力訓練,
因為他啞鈴兩個也才各十公斤,而且都可以8~12下數),可以拖個三至四分鐘,我都想
說今天能不能讓自己多做個一組或是已經做兩組了,他還在選歌、看Fb,這就不是很可取
的心態了!
2、要做功課,別一成不變
我這半年訓練下來,過程中有加入許多變化性動作,穩定性好了,我才會去有用借力方式
去做力竭的最後一下,這些日子來,我發現有些人一去第一個動作就練二頭,可是他卻用
身體去甩啞鈴,讓手臂屈曲,第一下甩到十二下,重量跟肌肉質量一看就不成正比(可以
降輕
或是求穩定去吃力)
除非我認知不足,他可能練肩膀,或是練軀幹核心?
還有一些大伯,小哥,我看到他always用cable機練胸,我至少一個月有看到他20天都在
練胸,或是一直練二頭的人比比皆是~
3、問心無愧
當我一組動作其中幾下沒認真做標準時或是感受度不到(分心),我這組馬上放下休息重
來,因為我知道我失敗了,這一組不能算,我可以拿降個5%重量重作,或是還有力的話再
補一組(我採用金字塔或是倒金字塔練),不喜歡騙自己「有做了,應該可以說嘴了」
4、別怕人笑,可以詢問
我第一天踏入健身房,無法一手拿20公斤二頭彎舉,只能拿7kg,我很失望,半年後也只
能15公斤拿兩下,我很滿意我進步了,不會為了面子或是想進步去拿30kg做無意義的錯誤
超負荷,反而傷身
其他也是像臥推我看過腳踩不穩了(很像踩煞車點煞),上半身搖搖晃晃,很令人捏一把
冷汗
有問題可以看文章,研究,再去拿輕重量感受,我相信沒人會去取笑你
