體脂率:27.4%

基代:1255左右
三餐內容
早餐:(三明治 漢堡 蛋餅 御飯團...等) 擇一
午餐:一個便當(or自助餐 一碗飯 三菜 一肉)或一碗麵(乾麵 冬粉 意麵等)
晚餐:同午餐+水果(因為吃外食 常常都不知道要吃什麼 所以就簡單解決)
其他:偶而會喝喝青草茶或菊花茶 咖啡
日常生活作息:大概一點左右睡 九點左右起床 但常有失眠情形
生活型態:目前是全職考生
運動習慣:兩天一次 每次跑4000公尺左右
我的問題: 基本資料是幾個月前量的 之前一直保持那樣的狀態好幾年
畢業前的運動量滿大的 幾乎天天運動
(無氧居多 但也常跑步跟重訓) 但肥胖幾乎都胖在下半身
畢業後一兩年身材也一直差不多 不過運動量就少了很多
直到最近幾個月 突然間體重急速上升到65公斤
還是都集中在下半身 被我妹說是西洋梨(褲子一直在換 好傷心)
於是開始下定決心要減肥 爬了文後發現節食方法是錯的
難怪最近一直覺得很累 原來沒吃到基代會有這麼大的影響
想請問大家是怎樣的原因會讓肥胖都集中在下半身呢
(上個禮拜有去看中醫 醫師說我有水腫問題 這也是原因之一嗎)
如果按照板上大家分享的方法來規劃 還需要注意什麼呢
請大家幫忙解答給點建議 謝謝
