給你一個活生生例子,我身高不到170,在唸大三時,體重最重到72公斤,
在大四時,我覺得我應該要把體重減下來,所以那時一邊準備考研究所,
一邊做有效的體重控制,那時我的生活方式是,早上五點半就起床,
然後就去旁邊的國小運動場跑步,每天跑四十分鐘,大約是七公里左右,
然後再回家洗澡後唸書,大約七點半吃早餐,早餐對於減重的人很重要,
所以盡可能的早點吃,而且一定要吃,午餐大約是12點吃,這餐基本上我都正常吃,
晚餐我都大約五點半就吃,大多是吃水煮青菜,配川燙瘦肉,吃完後吃水果,
晚上六點之後,我都不會再進食,直到11點睡覺。
這樣的日子持續不到三個月,我的體重從68到57公斤,目前距離這段日子,
已經過了五年多了,現在我每天的飲食都是正常狀態,每週跑步二到三次,
現在我的體重是58公斤,完全沒有復胖。
減肥難就是難在堅持,吃飯吃六分飽,就是覺得肚子裡面有食物的感覺了,就要停手,
測試標準就是你在吃下一餐時,要有餓的感覺,就表示你上一餐吃的量是差不多的,
運動不是萬靈丹,不是有運動就可以多亂吃,運動是為了讓你的體脂肪下降,
當你的體脂肪較低時,也比較不會大量吸收,希望我例子可以給你一些信心,
