健身半年以來,做過不少檢測,從 InBody,到睪固酮,
都驗了好幾次。
最近試著控制飲食,特別是 18-6 間歇斷食,經常看到
「胰島素阻抗」這個詞。剛好我家有不少人有糖尿病,
也有親人因胰臟癌過世,就特別注意相關的訊息。
這篇不討論什麼是「胰島素阻抗」,只分享我去檢驗
的心得。
首先,檢驗所一般不會有胰島素阻抗這個項目,尤其
傳統一點的,所以要指定兩樣:
飯前血糖濃度 Glucose AC
胰島素 Insulin
收到報告再自己計算一個阻抗值 HOMA-IR。
抽血可以一次完成,要空腹八小時以上,所以早上
起床去做最方便。
費用我做是血糖 70+胰島素400=470 元,早上十點做,
當日下午六點收到報告。
以我的數值為例,血糖 100mg/dL,胰島素 10mU/L
(就剛好是整數),HOMA-IR 阻抗值計算兩者相乘,
再除以 405,也就是:
100*10/405=2.5
看資料說,健康區間是 0.5–1.4,愈低愈好;
超過 2 就有胰島素阻抗;
超過 3 就算很嚴重了,離糖尿病不遠。
看樣子我瘦不太下來是有原因的,要更努力控制飲食了。
