大家巨巨好,小弟9月因為工作手腕受傷,休息了三個月,最近開始恢復訓練,訓練重量
是之前的70%,練了一個禮拜後發現,練胸的隔天胸肌與前束連接處會酸痛(偏痛,之前
是比較不會
並且訓練當下肌肉感受度比以前差(各部位都是),想問各位巨巨有休息過長時間在鍛鍊
的人遇過這樣狀況嗎?
還有就是重量是否要在降,先抓到感受度唯優先呢?
