本身做練習時,會不經意在吐氣時把腹部往外推出去
同時核心的張力就會消失,求解
1:在做RDL時的呼吸時要如何全程鞏固核心
又要同時能夠順利的呼吸?
2:吐氣時習慣用腹部往外推,連帶骨盆前傾姿勢要如何改正?
看了很多胸式呼吸 腹式呼吸 橫隔膜呼吸,還是拿不到訣竅
誠問有沒小提示或者影片可以參考
