胸肌 背肌 不對稱 - 健身

各位好 我是健身快2年多的人,但我發現
身上肌肉越來越不對稱,尤其是背部和胸
部,胸肌則是左胸下側少了一塊,不曉得
是先天骨頭排列問題,還是哪邊出問題,
希望有人可以幫我解惑,拜託了,如下圖:

首先感謝各位意見,讓我知道很多不足的
地方,關於這兩年訓練我能想到沒進步很
多的地方可能是訓練的動作只有一種,以
胸來講我只做上中下啞鈴握推,沒有其它
變化,組數抓5~6組,7~8RM,每個部位差
不多一樣形式,或是訓練不夠操(以前1小
時內搞定),關於按摩放鬆或是拉筋
則是從沒想過,這也可能是導致肌肉發展
或不對稱原因,吃的部分我已經吃到體脂
偏高,認為吃沒問題,
吃則是固定:
早:早餐店材料雞肉1塊,2個蛋,1地瓜
中:自助餐雞腿飯(飯3分之一),豆漿
下午:花生(15g蛋白)
晚:雞腿或牛肉,菜,飯(3分之一)
宵夜:乳清(22g蛋白)
之後我打算改方式訓練,並只注重
單邊,例:胸的部分做單邊滑輪,一次只注
意單一肌群,希望各位健身老手們能在多
給我一些意見
