小弟去小型健身房或健身中心健身約一年
原本175/65
目前175/70
以前也是屬於吃不胖體質 出社會才 175/60 (題外話
想請教一下胸部中線的問題
訓練中充血和日常生活照胸部中線明顯差很多
如最底下的兩張圖 (有點傷眼 請小心
想請教如何改善才能把胸部中線不出力也可以明顯亮出來呢
是因為體脂(17%)太高嗎 (沒有氧、想增胖
還是因為夾胸做太少呢 (沒有飛鳥
還是重量太輕呢 (重量好難進步
還是訓練量不夠呢 (一週只有練一次
目前胸的菜單如下(不知名稱是否有錯 請各位多包含見諒)
啞鈴上胸握推 25公斤 8~12下 四組
啞鈴平胸握推 25公斤 8~12下 四組
槓鈴上胸握推 50公斤 8~10下 四組
機械坐姿胸推 70公斤 6~8 下 四組
最近新增
CABLE夾胸 14公斤 10~12下 四組
