各位巨巨好
小弟因手腕受傷加背部一直有緊繃感
便去尋求中醫的協助
推拿師幫我按背時真的很痠痛也很舒服
按完後他要我好好休息短時間別再練了
說我因為闊背相較太大使得胸椎前傾了
當下聽到只覺得有沒有這麼誇張
但畢竟是胸椎還是有點怕怕的
