想請問各位巨巨們,要如何增加自己的罩杯啊...? (遭踹
小弟屬於胸部原本就沒什麼肉的體型,肉大多都堆在肚子和大小腿
胸部菜單大概是 槓鈴臥推(70kg可標準姿勢,最重85)、啞鈴臥推(單手最重25)
啞鈴上胸(單手最重20)、機械夾胸(55附近,只有這個不清楚單位)
之前一周兩次,八月開始一周五次(胸、腿、背、手、胸 > 休一天 照著輪)
不知道是不是做的重量不夠,胸部都不太長肉... T_T
有在喝乳清同時午餐吃水煮,晚餐常自己煮(完全無油)
想請問是不是我吃不夠該多吃(一天三餐),還是因為我訓練菜單有問題呢?
另外想問看過說同時增肌減脂效果會不好,那我目前該先進行哪項呢?
(身高/體重/體脂肪 : 175/74/18%)
還有還有!! 為什麼我槓鈴臥推和啞鈴的重量會差那麼多?
如果覺得做啞鈴臥推的時候手臂撐不住是不是代表我的手跟不上我的胸了?
