胸部尖 擔心是否為女乳症 - 健身

小弟漸漸開始有運動健身的習慣
手臂也開始從滿滿贅肉蝴蝶袖漸漸變成有些微線條
不過在最近將近一個半月的伏地挺身運動下
胸部奶頭以上摸起來有些微變硬 感覺就是有練到了
胸部也有變厚的感覺
可是胸型卻還是尖的
就是穿衣服會有明顯的激凸
手指施一樣的力
戳在下胸比戳在上胸的凹陷程度可以說是天壤之別
戳在下胸是手指可以陷下去的 軟綿綿的
請問我是該努力練胸部肌肉
還是這是所謂的女乳症?
