夏天要到了..
但是!!!!飆升的體重卻一點都不肯降下來
再這樣下去,我去年夏天的短褲我都要跟它說掰掰了(哭)
於是實行了以下的減肥方式
早餐 低脂牛奶300cc+桂格大燕麥片
or
最近還是很夯的香蕉一根+低脂牛奶
中餐 半個便當(基本上都是以雞肉和魚為主)
晚餐 蘋果一顆or芭樂一顆(以水果為主)
若有肚子餓 蘇打餅兩片
6點半以後絕不進食
有糖有奶的飲料不碰 但是水一天有時候喝不到1000cc
下午運動 爬15層樓梯
踩腳踏車10公里
睡前運動 仰臥起坐50
左右抬腿100
舉1公升裝水寶特瓶瘦手臂
減肥活動從過年後持續到現在
體重.................完全沒降到又升高(大哭)
小腿肚的肌肉.....日漸成長
想要跟它說掰掰的掰掰肉...它還是在
下半身還是一樣勇壯
請教一下 我的減肥模式有哪個環節有出錯嗎????
弄到現在一直被人嘲笑說
完全沒瘦 你是半夜有爬起來偷吃喔
整個心灰意又冷(囧)
