能每天都跑同樣的圈數嗎? - 健身

各位好,
我從暑假七月開始慢跑,之前頂多就是走操場半小時至四十分鐘
開始慢跑後,從一開始400m三圈就很累
一直到現在,好一些能跑到10圈
可是我很納悶的事情是,從一開始慢慢進步到7圈後
我大概維持了半個月都能8-9圈
可是最近我跑到第4圈我就覺得好累,腳開始抬不起來
不知道為什麼就是沒力氣
這樣子兩三天以後,又有一天可以跑到10圈
總之就是跑的圈數差很多
請問大家都能一直維持自己跑的距離嗎?
還是這是我自己的問題,意志力不夠之類的.....
