其實我的習慣 在進入體重控制模式之後 就沒有吃甜食的習慣了
不知道為啥 一開始少吃之後
後來就不怎麼喜歡喝了 就覺得不是很好喝
尤其是那種太濃的奶茶 就算喝也不會想喝太多 因為會覺得有點噁心
(當然偶而還是嘴饞拉 但幅度下降很多)
但不知道為啥 時常在大量運動之後很想喝甜甜的東西
尤其是昨天到達了一種匪夷所思的狀態
打完籃球的時候 一罐六百CC的水瞬間喝完 而且還覺得水有點甜
像著魔一樣狂喝~XDD
到家之後 一直在想 有沒有任何有點甜的東西給我喝 拜託~!!
看到家裡煮的綠豆湯 立刻拿出來加了豆漿一起喝 當時只覺得 太幸福了~哈哈
