從11/25至今瘦了5公斤
我每個禮拜一至四都會運動 60-80分鐘
跑步機跟腳踏車交替
飲食方面
從本來的不吃、吃少少或是亂吃
改成 早餐(稀飯、瓜瓜、麵筋、蛋、)、午餐(2菜、1碗飯(有時是五穀米)、跟一主菜)
晚餐(吃些水果或是泡大燕麥吃)
每天喝水1800cc-2000cc
六、日就休息,隨便吃
上禮拜跟妹妹去油壓(用精油按摩全身)
那位小姐跟我說 我脂肪比較硬所以要瘦很慢?還說肉軟的人瘦比較快
還說 他不建議我跑步因為腳踝會受傷有的沒的
叫我每個禮拜去他那邊 他有儀器可以先軟化我的脂肪再瘦身
請問...他是想騙我錢嗎?
