大家好
我是一位長年有側彎的煩惱的排骨精
平常不是左上背痛,就是右手痛,或是下背痛,下腰痛
通常都只痛一邊,然後看心情或是天氣溼度改變位置
長短腳的問題滿嚴重,無法走太遠的路
這一兩年有靠運動練出腿力
但上半身疼痛的問題沒有改善,有參考鄭雲龍的伸展操
做完通常都滿舒服的,但無法長期改善
想請問像我這種完全沒有肉的人,
有辦法能強化脊椎兩側嗎?
讓兩側肌肉平衝一些,有支撐力也才不會太痛
在完全沒有肉的狀態下該怎麼做 比較好,也比較不受傷

對了,西醫有看過了,醫生說只能給我肌肉鬆馳劑,或是叫我拉單桿
