脊椎側彎該如何調適心情 - 健身

先說一下背景,小弟高中的時候開始徒手健身,到高三大一的時候開始上健身房,深蹲臥推
硬舉都有在做,後來因為某些因素停了一年多至兩年。
今年六月重返健身房,但前一陣子紀錄體態的時候發現身體歪歪的,我的頭跟我的身體很明
顯不在同一條垂直線上,便想說自己是不是有脊椎側彎,而且小時候我媽就有說過我的右邊
肩膀比左邊長,因為當時還小並不以為意,隔天馬上去看骨科照了片,結果如下

發現確實有點往左彎,當時醫生說我這個不嚴重,只說要注意日常生活中的姿勢、加強背部
跟腹部肌肉等等,也說可以重訓,沒特別做什麼治療便回去了。
雖然說平常不會腰痠背痛什麼的,玩過很多運動也都沒受什麼大傷,但外觀上真的很醜,每
次練完拍個照看到歪歪的身體就一整個很沮喪,想請問我這個有辦法改善嗎
