脊椎開刀後的重訓選擇 - 健身

我在三年前的秋天因為椎間盤突出開了微創手術
受傷原因想必跟我那一年因工作關係重複彎腰搬重物有關
在那之後我的運動就改成游泳及慢跑
但這一年我自己覺得腰的情形穩定很多
所以開始嘗試重訓器材
期間都有朋友在旁 以免再次被推進刀房
目前我做的都以上肢為主
槓鈴啞鈴臥推、肩推、蝴蝶機跟單槓引體向上隔天交錯練
組數就是以做到muscle fatique 為準
現在開始練下肢
但看來看去我只敢做深蹲
硬舉我連空槓都不敢 應該是心理因素居多
但想問大家的是
有沒有能練下肢而不需要彎腰的替代方案?
還是我就按照目前的方式就可以了
