我因為當初都沒在鍛鍊我的下背,後來導致腰椎盤還是椎間盤突出,我不知道這會不會好
聽說是不會,但是可以把疼痛給治好,我想請問說在受傷這期間可以自己在家稍作鍛鍊
下背的姿勢嗎?
像書上那些不用任何器具鍛鍊下背的方法!
還是得等傷全好了才能作?
