先講一下背景
最近在進行划龍舟訓練(是的!端午節要到了)
但因為龍舟隊通常都區分左右槳位,所有練習完隔天痠痛都痠一邊
我是左槳位,所以會特別酸的是右下背,就是右邊的腰子還有右手臂
問題是這樣常久練習下來應該會有點不平衡
有想過要換一邊划,不過划船這個運動有慣性
練習一邊之後很難切換另一邊,只有少數人能坐左右開弓
那平常應該做甚麼樣的運動才能讓自己比較平衡一點呢?
題外話一下
去年划船瘦了10公斤,雖然訓練辛苦,但有興趣的可以私訊喔~
