腰酸,主要是洗頭時,都是彎腰在洗
洗了幾分鐘後,就會覺得腰酸,
平時坐著站著是不會
最近2天工作是需較長時間的快走,>1小時
也需要爬較多的樓梯,也會流蠻多汗
昨天洗頭時,發覺腰比較不會酸,
想請教,光快走,和像爬樓梯
也能改善腰酸嗎?
