每1-2天吃一匙25g乳清蛋白(myprotein;蛋白質含量75%)
配合居家稍微健身了3周
剛好體檢,結果rGT輕微升高到異常程度
過往不曾高過,連GPT也是剛好超過標準(44,標準42以下; 其他檢驗正常不列出討論)
自己是醫療人員,了解自身狀況沒什麼特別
但跟同儕討論後仍做了腹部超音波,結果也不意外的正常
自己再深入研究還是沒有太多資訊確定高的原因,因此仍懷疑乳清/健身相關
雖然自己是醫療人員,但想在板上眾多健身同好的大數據下
請教個簡單問題:
不知是否有人曾經 健身+/-增肌重(不是脂肪..)或配合乳清/高蛋白等狀況下
(排除飲酒 脂肪肝 藥物等其他因素),曾觀察到相關酵素檢驗升高?
