大H為何還要不斷增肌/減脂循環? - 健身

這個問題只針對大H,或是類似他條件的人。
也就是堅持自然練,不使用科技,但肉量已經達到極限的人。
話說大H在2-3年前和Peeta合拍的影片中,就說過他不是一個
很容易增肌的人,生涯最高肌肉量是39公斤。而他最近公布的
inbody數值,肌肉量大約38。由此看來,就肌肉量而言,他其實
已經很穩定維持在他的自然極限了。
那像他這樣,為什麼還要不斷的"增肌/減脂”循環呢?
他再怎麼增肌,肉量也上不去了啊。為什麼不找一個相對穩定的
訓練和飲食計畫,去雕塑細節就好?
是單純因為比賽時需要將體脂減到5%甚至以下,此時也會流失
少部分肌肉,所以不得不一直增肌/減脂循環嗎?
還是有其他考量?
