我想問版上的大大們
我目前的減肥方式是否有需要更改的部分
我從7/1號開始減肥
身高171 當時體重最胖到86
目前量到現在 (8/26)
體重從86=>78
我目前的方式則是
一周約五次去健身房
健身房的運動則是
間歇性跑步45分鐘
接著去做重訓30分 (沒有菜單 看哪邊沒人 身體可以接受就練哪邊)
完全沒吃高蛋白
(想說等體重跌到75以後再開始吃)
早餐則是一杯牛奶+一杯拿鐵
中午隨便吃 可能有雞排便當甚麼都有 看辦公室定啥吃啥
晚餐則是饅頭夾蛋+一杯無糖豆漿
目前是喝大量的水 一天約6000~8000
平常大約抓12點前睡覺
目前78 但最近進入停滯期 這一個月大約只少兩公斤
想問大家
我是否需要改變健身的順序 (例如加強重訓時間 減少跑步時間)
或否需要開始吃高蛋白?
