於是我在滿87天的時候做了血液檢測。

能、膽道指數、腎功能皆正常

這次特別實驗了復食(大吃大喝),搭配氣血斷食。
結果體重瘦了3.2公斤、腰圍少了3公分
補充說明,這次運動總共只有一個小時重量訓練
