爬坡快走消耗比慢跑多?? - 健身

兩個比較是以我的體能為主啦
都不會抓把手
快走:坡度10 速度4.5 25分鐘消耗200大卡
慢跑:坡度1 速度6-7 25分鐘消耗180 有時候體能夠也會調到8以上
不過慢跑會喘很多 心率明顯比較高
一般跑35分鐘就不想跑了
快走就算走到50分鐘 也不會很喘
但依然會爆汗
所以就減脂來說 快走更適合我嗎
或是跑步的高心率還是必要的?
