小妹最近在認真減肥中
也很認真的注意熱量的攝取比基礎代謝高一點 然後每天也會運動一個小時多
因為以前是餓到瘦的錯誤方式
所以現在復胖的比以前更肥... (可以從來我真的不會在選擇少吃來瘦身)
不過最近腸胃炎 就要被迫吃"仙女餐"
因為醫生說不能吃不好消化的東西 不要吃高蛋白質 也不能吃麥片
可是這樣基礎代謝不是會掉的很兇嗎??
還是肌肉不會被消耗的這麼快啊??
