腹肌出不來是肚皮太鬆嗎 - 健身

大家好
小弟我今年23歲 以前17-18歲時高中時期曾經胖到100kg
剛上大一過後就瘋狂減肥 非常快速地瘦到75kg
大多靠游泳與飲食控制(超辛苦的!)
大四過後就一直維持體重到現在碩二 兩年都維持在69-70kg左右很穩定
有氧運動:
因為一直都有在保持那時減肥時習慣 有固定的有氧運動 一週大約三次慢跑或游泳
以前愛游泳時一禮拜可能游到四五次 一次1500m不休息 35~40min
最近兩個月參加馬拉松後反而轉而愛上慢跑 游泳就較少了
一禮拜三次左右慢跑 一次大約8km跑40min
飲食方面:
因為我非常愛吃但又非常怕胖 完全是因為以前胖過 知道減肥有多痛苦
但我愛吃 平常朋友揪大餐時 也是完全吃開不忌口
吃完就會罪惡感超重 一定找機會想要跑步或游泳
總之 沒特別控制什麼不吃 多吃什麼 炸物吃的也不算少
我的基代大約1600kcal 每天大約都會在心裡稍微估算一下 不要超過太多就好
重訓方面:
目前大概一個禮拜會去學校重訓室練個1-2次左右 忙的時候可能就沒去
近期會在宿舍每天睡前滾30下滾輪
我想要請問各位的是
我的身高179 體重69 體脂15.9%

我的腹肌就是怎樣也出不來 怎樣也不像我的體脂會有的身材
15.9%應該會有明顯一點的腹肌了吧
自認腹部練得還算結實 曾經每天100仰臥起坐過
腹部應該不算肥的 想問是不是以前暴瘦太快
導致肚皮與肌肉之間無法緊連 太鬆了呢??

我應該要來調整我重訓及有氧運動的比重嗎?
還是說我想練成下面明星這種精實上半身 因為皮鬆沒救了?
我想理想是像下面這張精實的 而非肌肉大的很明顯的
