膝蓋受傷休息後卻還沒好… - 健身

上個月開始我每次慢跑的跑量提升到12KM,
但慢慢地發現這個量對我有點吃力。
第五六次兩天連跑之後我的左膝蓋呈現一個痠痛的狀態。
因為我本身從小蹲下的時候膝蓋就會咖咖,柔軟度也逼近零。
所以害怕之餘休息了兩三天,但未見改善。
後來去仁愛院區看了醫生,照了X光。
骨頭沒事,但那一帶的肌肉有點腫脹。
醫生說可能是左右邊施力不平均造成的,之後跑步途中要適度插入休息跟拉筋。
他也給了我消炎的藥膏要我擦。
休息了大半個月,中間只去重訓了一次。
今天終於踏上了路,但發現左膝蓋還是跟半個月前一樣非常不舒服…
這半個月因為太忙了幾乎都是坐在電腦前面,膝蓋還是老樣子給我裝死。
為什麼沒去跑步在家休息卻不見改善啊啊啊啊!!!
請問我該怎麼辦T___________________T
我在想是不是該多重訓把肌肉養的堅強點再說OAQ
