想問大家有膝蓋及跑步的問題
我是最近才開始運動的
前幾天下雨時,我都會使用滑步機或踩腳踏車來取代平常的跑步
可是我阻力已經調到最低了
膝蓋及膝蓋上方(是股四頭肌嗎?)都會覺得非常痠
腳踏車可以踩完30分鐘,但滑步機5分鐘左右我就受不了了
但是跑步都不會這樣,室內室外都有穿跑鞋
想問是不是我的姿勢不對或者是該練練股四頭肌了
(PS:應該不是體重關係,我只是想甩掉肉鬆這個傢伙而已)
另外
想問大家在跑操場時都是怎麼一圈又一圈的持續下去?
我是個沒意志力的人>"<
