膝蓋怪怪的 - 健身

我知道板上膝蓋文很多 囧
可是因為自己也不是很確定自己膝蓋的狀況
還是發文求救一下好了
目前人在國外就醫不便
運動量約是一周五天
兩天飛輪約45min
三天橢圓機35min+慢跑1~2km坡度2
沒有用護膝的習慣
會收操但暖身大概就是直接上機器慢速開始這樣
最近覺得左腳膝蓋有點怪
不是痛,就是酸酸的不太順那樣 @@
之前偶爾也有這種感覺過
不舒服的地方是膝蓋下方三指處 平順的小腿骨最上端那

出力踩踏時就會有種難以言喻的微微窒礙感
不曉得算不算是膝蓋的問題....
