以前因為運動的關係
造成膝蓋肌腱炎
之後便開始無法久站
就連蹲著一陣子膝蓋都會痛
前陣子是藉由踩腳踏車減肥
但因為搬家後沒有健身房
所以想請問有什麼運動可以替代
