膝蓋超痛 - 健身

大家好,小弟平常有在練桌球
練桌球的時候常常會重心從右腳用力的轉移到左腳,然後左腳有時還會用力踏地
但每次練球完的時候,膝蓋都會有莫名的痛,甚至感覺到有點移位
請問有甚麼辦法可以加強膝蓋的韌度,或是有更能保護膝蓋的方法嗎???
