只就這張CT來說只能很粗略的跟您建議:
腰部曲線lordosis變平 + L5-S1有明顯的HIVD
至於有沒有跟您的臨床症狀match, who knows
至於梨狀肌症候群(Pyriformis Syndrome)
既然您說在屁股外側梨狀肌的trigger point 做 steroid injection沒有緩解
很有可能您的sciatica與HIVD比較有關
若是這樣再怎麼練症狀還是會持續
而日常生活不當的姿勢和不適當的訓練反而會讓症狀更嚴重
