小弟遇過這個問題幾次了
有時候跟有在做重訓的朋友討論到推(蹲)多重
都不曉得是要說自己最大極限的1RM
還是說正常在練的重量
以自由槓臥推為例 我練法有時候都看心情
例1 空槓熱身12~15下 60KG12下 70KG10下*2 80KG 5下 90KG3~4下
例2 空槓熱身12~15下 100KG5下 80KG5下 70KG8下*2 60KG10下
臥推的話比較常用第一種練法 最重熱身後直接掛110(含槓) 做過一下
這樣假設 別人問推多重 我到底是要說90KG 100KG 110KG?
說110感覺像在臭屁 畢竟只能做一下...
假設別人問你推多重你會怎麼回答呢?
