臥推手腕痛 - 健身

本來以為是腕隧道症候群
去看復健科醫生醫生說不是
(若是腕隧道症候群四隻手指會麻)
臥推訓練時手腕有確認手腕是中立位置
醫生的講法是說鐵槓壓在大拇指那塊肌肉上
然後這塊肌肉會壓迫到下面的神經
造成該部位麻痛,嚴重時空槓就會痛
醫生是說要戴護具(不是固定手腕的護具)
增加大拇指那塊肉厚度
讓槓不會直接壓在肌肉上而壓迫神經
不知有無前輩有類似的狀況?
