臥推時 一邊高一邊低 怎麼救<冏> - 健身

如題 小弟最近臥推發現自己右邊會比較低
尤其是推到95KG以上更明顯
好幾次要挑戰100KG都是左手已經到了 右手還偷懶不想上來
最多大概差了3公分 很幹 超幹
我觀察一下 我左胸比右胸大一點....(心臟邊比較大部是正常嗎)
這樣要怎麼補救?
練習時故意在右邊加一點重量嗎? 還是作機械式單獨右邊多推幾下
