臥推槓碰不到胸 - 健身

各位三項300巨巨你好,小弟最近在練習臥推時,遇到了巡場教練過來指導動作
由於小弟前手臂較長,後手臂較短,因此一直以來訓練都是以手肘垂直地面為基準
也因此臥推下槓時,離碰胸大概都還有3.4公分的距離,
此時教練過來說姿勢不對要碰胸才算完整動作,經過調整後雖然槓能碰到胸了
但此時左手肘會出現內夾的情形,且槓的落點跑到了快至肋骨上面..(原本在奶頭下一點
由於這樣出力真的很怪所以才想順便問問版上的巨巨們...
Q1:因為落點變低,此時手腕位置有點超過手肘位置(頭為基準),
就我所知應該要相反,手腕握槓位置要平行或是落後手肘一點,這樣對嗎?
Q2:原本槓的移動位置為直上直下(推至頂時手肘沒打直),而被修改動作後,
有種槓的路徑快到底部時會出現往斜下的力出現,在猜是由於Q1動作導致??
請問這樣是正確的嗎? 因為看館長有時候臥推也會這樣 有時候又直上直下= =
