常看到練健力的,臥推可以衝到 170、180 都覺得很厲害,比如 KJ、士倫、陳醫師
可是近日看到練健美的小蘿蔔的影片,內容是跟一個健身愛好者小龐比臥推

連那個健身愛好者也能推動 160
看到這邊我不禁思考,臥推這個東西的極限值是否其實採用健美或健力練法差異並不大?
