抱歉厚著臉皮回文,雖然比我厲害的板友大有人在,承讓了。
因為自己有請過專項教練學習了一段時間,也參加過一次比賽,所以以女性的角度來分享
臥舉的心得。
手腕的部分,因為承受的重量很重,手腕又沒有很多肌肉支撐,所以是自然會把手腕下壓
,我自己覺得很痛,但沒辦法,只能護腕多少加強一下。
胸大的部分,因為落點是在下胸,並不是乳峰,而且是躺著的,胸部會散開,所以真正影
響成績的因素,胸部大小是很後面的了。
拱腰的部分當然柔軟度很重要,這個很吃香。但其實同時也很需要練習的是維持背部的張
力,肩膀和雙腳的位置,臀部下放時如何保持不滑掉,這樣的拱腰才有意義,因為真正發
力的是背部。
手越短越吃香,不過硬舉就不吃香了,所以上天也還算公平(?)。
